About PNGTuber

pngtuber.cc is an independent fan site that makes it easy to find, download and learn PNGTuber Plus - a free app for turning your own PNG artwork into a lively, microphone-reactive 2D avatar. Instead of rigging a Live2D or 3D model, you import transparent PNG sprites and add blinking, speaking reactions, physics, costumes and hotkeys, so anyone from a first-time streamer to a working illustrator can put an expressive character on screen.

PNGTuber Plus was created by independent developer kaiakairos and released in September 2023 as an artist-friendly middle ground between basic image-switching tools and demanding character-animation systems. It was built with the Godot engine, and its source code has been made publicly available. You can find the project and support the developer on the official PNGTuber Plus page on itch.io.

This site is not the developer. We do not repackage, modify or wrap the app - the downloads here are the standard PNGTuber Plus builds for Windows, macOS and Linux, kept in one tidy place with plain-English guides for getting started.

Privacy

pngtuber.cc is a static information site, and privacy here is simple: there is no sign-up, no login, no contact form and no field anywhere that asks for your name, email or any personal detail. We do not build visitor profiles, and we do not sell, rent or share personal data, because we do not collect it.

We run no advertising and no analytics trackers. As with virtually every website, our host keeps routine server access logs (such as IP address, browser and which pages loaded) purely to keep the site online, fast and secure; that information is not used to identify you. When you use a download button you simply receive a file hosted on this domain, and any outbound link you follow is governed by that destination's own privacy policy.
